Description:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and executing specific and targeted sales strategies for Intuition’s Financial Markets business in Asia-Pacific. Based in Singapore and reporting to the EVP APAC, the Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities within the region, growing strategic relationships, and utilizing commercial acumen to define and maximize opportunities. The successful candidate will work on an office-centric hybrid schedule and will cover the full range of deliverables including market research, consulting with clients, solution selling, and working with both internal and external partners to ensure success.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales credentials with a proven track record of individual success in dynamic sales environments. They will be a highly driven self-starter with an aptitude for innovation and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Excellent client-facing and communication skills are essential. This role would suit someone with international experience having worked, studied, or lived outside of Singapore.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding personal sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Be a hunter, door-opener and cold caller.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in solution selling to the financial markets or talent acquisition or recruitment sectors, with a focus on meeting individual targets.
  • Experience in selling digital, learning or technology products.
  • Exceptional personal drive and an interest in developing and pushing boundaries to introduce products and services to our clients to build revenue.
  • Ability to work independently to meet and exceed targets, with a strong history of achieving and surpassing individual sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proven success in building cross-functional and external relationships to drive sales outcomes.
  • Ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously, at a fast pace and to tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to produce and analyse reports to draw conclusions and make recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing specific sales campaigns by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. These are focussed on our e-learning products and learning technologies (LMS).
  • Delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of the product.
  • Developing inside wallets from our existing client base, based on the specific sales campaigns.
  • Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities in our vertical markets.
  • Developing channel and influencer channels for product and LMS.
  • Generating new business and meeting sales targets.
  • Leveraging industry contacts to drive business development initiatives and enhance the company’s presence in APAC.
  • Evaluating competition, analysing the market, and thinking laterally to target opportunities for growth in APAC whilst staying informed about industry trends, competitors and market conditions.
  • Liaising with senior management to define opportunities and optimize solutions. This role requires a close working relationship with the VP and EVP, offering excellent career progression.
  • Utilizing commercial acumen to define and maximize opportunities.
  • Attendance of networking events, conferences, and travel to clients where necessary.
  • This role does not involve Admin, Client Success or Tech Support.
