SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
This will suit someone who has a genuine love of property investment and a burning desire to assist others on their journey. You will also have:
- Believe in property as an investment vehicle & have a property portfolio yourself
- Ideally proven success in a similar role property coach, property investment role (albeit not essential)
- Be passionate, high energy and self-motivated
- Confident in delivering information and possess strong influencing skills
- Bi-lingual will be viewed with preference
Responsibilities:
As their new Property Investment Consultant, you will work in a POD with each member of the POD taking care of a different element of the customer service journey. Backed by an extremely knowledgeable research team, and Acquisitions Manager, you role will include:
- Work closely with your Relationship Manager to formulate sound property investment strategies for your clients
- Conduct Strategy Sessions to fully understand current financial positions and future goals
- Make recommendations to clients on suitable investment opportunities according to their circumstances
- Present Strategy Report and a Property Investment Recommendation Reports to your clients
- Provide pre & post settlement support to our members
- Build an ongoing relationship, and conduct periodic reviews to support clients to continue to build their property portfolio over time
- Provide regular feedback to the IT, Marketing and Mentor team in relation to process, product, or service improvements
- Ensure you, and your team provide an exceptional customer experience
