Sales Executive (IT/ Software industry/ Central)

Job Description:

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to promote both existing and new products.
• Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and physical site visits to identify potential clients.
• Understand customers’ needs and recognize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the presales team to coordinate meetings with qualified prospects.
• Efficiently handle direct inquiries from prospects, providing necessary information and arranging meetings as required.
• Participate in training sessions to gain comprehensive knowledge of our ERP systems and their features.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects, nurturing relationships and guiding them through the sales funnel.

Requirements:

• Education: Any tertiary level (Poly / ITE / University).
• Experience in the same industry is not mandatory, but a minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their advantages for businesses.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
