SALES EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated and driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Understand clients’ needs and requirements and present appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate with the relevant team members to develop strategies for generating leads and promoting products or services.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide feedback to management on sales performance and market trends.
• Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.
• Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry regulations.
