Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Spearhead the sales of Microsoft licenses (Azure, Business Applications, M365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), leading to the achievement of sales and profit objectives.
Engage closely with clients to optimize their licensing strategies and guide them in maximizing their technology investments.
Proactively seek upselling opportunities within our array of services and solutions for your client portfolio.
YOUR ROLE:
Serve as the primary sales contact for Microsoft CSP Licensing growth within our organization.
Reach out to prospective clients to introduce our licensing solutions, employing a strategic approach and sales tools.
Foster new business with key strategic CSP clients and respond to inquiries about Microsoft CSP Licensing.
Working with Customer Success to emphasize the customer journey by building professional, consultative relationships and understanding customers’ unique industry needs.
Document and track all sales opportunities with precision using sales reports and CRM tools.
Process orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Contribute to weekly sales discussions, showcasing the status of the sales pipeline and strategizing on future targets and approaches.
Manage contract duties and customer onboarding with effectiveness and efficiency.
Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft CSP initiatives, campaigns, and incentive programs.
