Job Description:

3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favorable global megatrends and attractive end markets. This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

As a Sales Executive (m/f/*) in Medical Division for KZN North & West Durban, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leads patient focus and best patient outcomes
• Implements advanced wound and NWPT to better patient health
• Determines sales targets and going the extra mile
• Supports PNP’s and Surgeons with patient focus, and theatre
• Willingness to be on-call and always available for bests practice and patient outcome

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification (diploma/degree)– Marketing, Medical field, BSc, Medical Technology
• A minimum of two years working experience within a sales environment in a medical field
• Effective written and verbal skills
• Must be well organized, detail orientated, well developed planning abilities and must be able to use own initiative
• Understand marketing strategies
• Understand people and their needs
• Ability to be patient and educate effectively
• Strong administration skills
• Proven track record of sales targets, and growing market share
• Team Player

Location: South Africa, KZN North & West Durban area
Travel: May include up to 60-70%
