JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the business setup industry in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the business setup or related industry in Dubai.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of business setup procedures in Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore sectors in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored business setup solutions.
- Present and promote Nurshq Services LLC’s offerings to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
