QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of business development experience
  • Well spoken with a good phone manner
  • Client relationship skills
  • Business minded and able to do your own market research on potential clients
  • Competitive, ambitious and driven to hit goals and make commission
  • Microsoft Office, typing skills and efficient with online searches
  • CRM experience (must keep your notes up-to-date daily), Salesforce a bonus
    The ideal candidate will have several years sales experience which had a clear sales method, outbound / cold calling sales and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a full-time outbound sales position driving new sales everyday so you need to be a pure hunter. You will learn a unique sales formula that you will be able to continue to use in your sales career. This involves Researching, Planning and Executing a go-to-market strategy across a variety of topics and events. You will research the subject matter, identify potential decision makers specialising in that industry, find their contact details, plan your sales approach and then spend around 1 to 2 weeks selling a specific event to them before moving onto a new event with a new subject matter. Hitting your sales targets will enable you to earn $2,000 per fortnight / per event. Then it’s rinse and repeat with the next event.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop new business opportunities and drive delegate acquisition for executive programs
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives
  • Ensure the effective delivery of services and provide high-level insights and analysis
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client satisfaction and program effectiveness
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive sales strategies and relationship management
