Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for exceeding targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, or experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue goals. Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and expand our customer base.
