Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for selling and licensing the SBS Inclusion Program online courses to organisations and strengthening the relationship between SBS and these organisations. This position is an integral member of the sales team and is expected to contribute to multiple projects that are designed specifically to assist in meeting sales objectives and delivering premium client service to a large and expanding customer base.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promptly respond to sales opportunities and enquiries related to the SBS Inclusion Program
  • Utilise your strong relationship skills to build on existing pipeline and extend to new potential customers
  • Listen to clients and provide diversity and inclusion training solutions for their organisations
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction and sales by providing premium customer service to clients throughout their journey from enquiry to sale and beyond in a demanding deadline driven environment
  • Manage onboarding process for clients
  • Host and attend client meetings
  • Maintain client databases, information and prepare client contracts.
