  • Buyer/seller work, prospecting and lead generation
  • Preparing for and attending market appraisals
  • Database management
  • Handling phone enquiries
  • Preparing weekly vendor reports
  • Attending open inspections/auctions
  • Conducting pre-settlement inspections
