Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a O Level or Diploma.
- Preferably at least 1 year sales experience in construction materials.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision and tight deadline.
- Pro-active, dedication to work & able to multi-task effectively
- Good communication, numeracy skill and a team player.
- “Hunter” attitude in growing sales & expanding market share.
- Not afraid of making cold calls/opening doors.
- Working location: Tuas
- Candidates with own transport preferred.
Responsibilities:
- To promote and sell company’s products and solutions based on company’s goal.
- Specifying of Company’s product to all customers (developers / architects / contractors / consultants / project owners)
- To ensure that correspondences / quotations are provided on time to customers.
- To ensure that delivery and technical support are provided on time to all customers.
- To ensure timely AR (Accounts Receivables) payment collection from all customers.
- Support cross department activities and building good rapport in order to provide best products, solutions & services to customers.
- Work closely with the rest of sales team to achieve company monthly and annual target and objectives.
- Work closely and assist superiors to appoint, increase and define promotional activities for the distribution network.
- Analyses industry trends, conduct market research and feasibility studies of new products. Identify, propose and promote new products that has potential for Company.
- Any other ad-hoc duties deemed fit and necessary by the Supervisor/Manager.
