Description:
SALES EXECUTIVE
Star Concord is currently looking for Sales Executive to join us in our expanding business.
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm/ 5 days week
- Training provided
- Basic Salary + Commission
- Central/ West, Alexandra (Near Labrador Park Station)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC.
- No working experience related is required but if possess 1-2 years of experience in the in Freight Forwarding / Logistics would be an advantage.

- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and understanding the needs of the potential customers; recommending solutions.
- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Present company’s services favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
- Liaise with overseas agents to check on the shipping charges, rules and regulations for the respective countries.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
- Review own sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed targets.
- Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
