Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide excellent service with the aim to develop long term relationship with all clients.
- Preparing samples requested by clients.
- Extensive use of emails and it is the main platform for work
- Follow-up with customers projects or potential order status
- Prepare project list and update existing projects on weekly basis
- Visitations to clients in person is required
- Resolve guest/customer concerns and feedback.
- Upload Appointment time (schedule) in Microsoft Teams Shared Calendar.
- Collection of client’s outstanding amount at stipulated time.
- Any other tasks assigned by Reporting Officer or Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Sales mentality and oriented.
- Team Player
- Technology savvy for laptop and mobile phone
- With Design Certificates, Sales, Forestry or QS background are welcome
- Class 3 license
