Description:

  • Experience in commercial & industrial product sales. (preferably in the field of HVAC)
  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • determine pricing schedules for quotes and negotiations.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
  • Any ad-hoc assignments and projects

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical engineering/ Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing management.
  • Prior experience in sales preferred
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • PC Literacy Skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Welcomes challenge and has a passion for results
  • Able to work independently and without supervision
  • Self-confident
  • Display a positive attitude towards learning and developing his/her skills
  • Works well under pressure and have no qualms assuming additional responsibilities
  • Responsible and dedicated to meet tight deadlines
