The Role:
As an Experience Coordinator, you will be the first interaction that many of our guests have. You will handle inquiries, manage bookings, and set the tone for their entire experience. At Gibbons, we strive to achieve the highest standards of customer care. It is essential that all guests be treated with respect and honesty.
We are looking for an individual to join our team on a full-time basis. This individual is customer service oriented, communicates well with others, can multi-task, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for making people happy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales/Hospitality/Admin experience.
• Adaptable
• Ability to handle inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with guests and team members.

Compensation and Team Perks:*

• $20 hourly wage.
• 3% commission on all Gibbons Experiences booked.
• 3% commission on all direct TAG Whistler experiences booked.
• commission is pooled and based on # of hours worked.
• 50% off F&B across our Gibbons Venues.
