WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years in Sales & Marketing, with proficiency in reporting, analytics, and related tools.
  • Proven experience in gathering and aligning business requirements across stakeholders and responding with actionable insights.
  • Proven project management capability and collaboration skills at high level.
  • Advanced user of MS Excel, Power BI, understanding of IT architectures.
  • Ability to lead people not under direct reporting line.
  • Strong verbal and written communication along with presentation skills
  • Proficiency in simplifying complexity and translating business objectives into actionable analyses.
  • Fluency in English, Hungarian speaker preferred.

Responsibilities:

WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT – PURPOSE:

This role drives sales analysis, report generation, BI development, and cross-departmental collaboration to support business decisions and efficient goal achievement.

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic analysis of Sales performance to highlight further development areas through sales performance KPIs (sell-in/sell-out volume, share of market, OOS, etc.) and sales Field Force efficiency KPIs (coverage, visit frequency, etc.), in order to support business and operational decision making.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards (price reports, volume, SOM, OOS, Distribution), as well as ad-hoc reports upon request from sales and trade departments.
  • Ownership of demand volume planning; delivery of detailed sales plan (per budget cycle) in line with Finance guidelines; responsibility for pipeline volume calculation of new launches.
  • Actively contribute to developing a local BI solution, integrating data sources, establishing automated reporting, ensuring data quality, and providing support for better decision-making as a power user.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales Groups, and partners on alignment and integration.
  • Enhance team’s capabilities and understanding within the Strategic, Commercial and Executional areas.
