Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to convert leads, introducing them to FastGig’s services
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their specific challenges and tailor solutions
- Effectively communicate FastGig’s benefits and features, generating interest and securing follow-up meetings
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system, including call notes, actions, and outcomes
- Continuously learn about our offerings, confidently addressing client inquiries and objections
- Work alongside the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure qualified leads transition smoothly
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position FastGig
