Description:

OUR CLIENT IS A WELL-ESTABLISHED MNC, MARKET LEADER IN THE TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A SALES LEAD TO ASSIST THEIR TEAM FOR THE NEXT PHASE OF THEIR BUSINESS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth and meet sales targets by effectively leading the sales team
  • Strategize/Execute plans to expand the company’s customer portfolio
  • Oversee organizational sales activities, including revenue and expense management
  • Lead recruitment efforts, establish goals, provide coaching, and monitor sales personnel performances
  • Foster the professional development of the sales team through guidance and training
  • Develop/Maintain customer relationships by understanding their needs and collaborating closely with them
  • Prepare accurate budget forecasts, presenting them to key management stakeholders
  • Stay informed on emerging market trends, keeping abreast of new products and competitor activitiesAll other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of studies
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the relevant industries
