Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Management Executive is responsible for providing sales support to the sales team and managing the sales pipeline. This position also provides administrative support to the sales management personnel, assists in developing and implementing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth for the company, and ensures effective communication between sales and other department.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing, Communications, or a related field or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support or sales management, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive performance
  • Experience in developing sales presentations and proposals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and partner
  • Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin (Need to liaise with Mandarin speaking partners)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure it is up to date and accurate
  • Provide sales support to the sales team, including creating sales reports, analyzing sales data, and coordinating sales activities
  • Work closely with the sales management personnel to develop and implement the sales strategy
  • Assist in developing sales presentations and proposals for large clients
  • Provide administrative support to the sales management personnel, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends
  • Attend sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies
  • Attend industry events and conferences to keep up to date with market trends
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
