We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in the commercialization of our products and the growth of Phaseform.

Tasks

  • Craft and execute dynamic sales plans to accelerate growth in our target markets during this exciting scale-up phase
  • Lead and mentor our international network of distributors
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and close significant deals.
  • Work hand-in-hand with product R&D teams to align sales strategies with the product roadmap and customer needs.
  • Forecast sales and analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical sales teams, preferably in a high-tech or startup environment.
  • Degree in Sales, Business, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Network in the fields of photonics, physics, ophthalmology, life science microscopy, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with customer engagement, product demonstrations and -troubleshooting.
  • Problem-solving attitude, complemented by sharp negotiation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel worldwide for customer visits and product demonstrations.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible and compelling messages
