Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in a big ticket, big box retail industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and is looking to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants to ensure high standards of product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Monitor and analyse sales figures to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase sales
- Manage stock levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and timely replenishment
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of performance
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a big ticket, big box retail environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
