As a Sales Manager in our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business through strategic sales initiatives. Your dynamic approach and exceptional interpersonal skills will be crucial in establishing and nurturing relationships with both potential and existing clients. Here’s a glimpse into your key responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through market research and lead generation. Conduct effective cold calls, emails, and presentations to showcase our products/services. Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage campaigns for lead conversion.
  • Complex Sales Processes: Engage in comprehensive sales processes involving negotiation, consultation, and tailored solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services. Navigate and overcome challenges to successfully close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sale: Identify upsell and cross-sale opportunities to maximize account value. Implement strategies to expand product/service adoption within the client base.

Most of your team is located at our headquarters in Espoo, but we also have locations in Turku, Tampere, Oulu, Jyväskylä, and Stockholm (you can choose to have your home office at any location). We work with a flexible hybrid model.
