We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team based out of our manufacturing plant in Abbotsford, BC.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • CPSA Designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in home and commercial construction industry.
  • Design experience is considered an asset.
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license.
  • MS Office, MBA (MiTek Business Application).

    Pay Range $100k - $125K annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote services of products and projects to major clients.
  • Leads, coaches, and manages the technical sales representatives, to achieve divisional sales goals.
  • Researches and develops marketing strategies and plans.
  • Remains current on new products.
  • Support General Manager to develop and attain Annual Sales Budget expectations.
  • Provide quotes and process sales ensuring all processes and deadlines are met.
  • Attends appropriate industry related events.
  • Respond to designer and production enquiries.
  • Proactively and systematically manage customer portfolio.
  • Leads weekly sales meetings.
  • Assist in design process as required.
  • Develop positive relationships and secure sales from customers, educate customers on products, service customer needs, conduct job site visits and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
  • Ensure that all personnel comply with Company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
