Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop solid & trusted strong business relationships with all the key supermarket accounts and distributor partners including conducting business review and developing key account management plan to drive visibility and growth, sales productivity.
  • Design and ensure long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • To negotiate effectively with customers for any activities/POSM and sales contracts that the sales supervisors cannot implement or negotiate.
  • Working in the field with distributor team to maximize sales for our distributor partners through distribution and selling opportunities, sufficient product training, team coaching on individual selling and leadership skill.
  • To communicate the activities to distributor sales supervisors/representatives to make sure that the activities are implemented properly and effectively.
  • To handle objections and complaints effectively and follow up all the requests from key customers.
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and sales events.
  • Generates forecast which is translated from market demand potency & distribution plans.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal supporting team to ensure proper business process and compliance.
  • To manage time effectively to ensure that all the tasks are implemented efficiently.

Requirements

  • BS degree or above. FMCG industry. Pet Food is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in in-job related experiences in key account management & distributor management. At least 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Having experience in dealing with Trading Term and engage with modern trade customers.
  • Should work with or know about distribution management, modern trade, traditional channels, market information tools.
  • Have excellence communication skill, spoken & written, both in Bahasa & English
  • Excellent organization and time management skills and negotiation and presentation skills, analytical thinking skill and result driven.
  • Having high level of confidentiality, integrity, and business ethics
  • Highly energetic and motivated with strong sense of urgency and accountability.
