THE ROLE: Sales Manager, Canada
The Sales Manager, Canada, is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in their respective region (Canada) and channel(s) for Every Man Jack™. A proactive attitude and the ability to deliver consistently within a values-driven company with frequently evolving priorities are crucial to the role. Under supervision of the Sales Director, the Sales Manager oversees our brokers and key retailers and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values. This position has key new business priorities, allowing you to be a strong contributor to the overall growth of the Region (Canada).
The Sales Manager reports directly to the Director of Sales with additional support and direction from Sales Planning and other cross-functional partners. Opportunities for new experiences to demonstrate leadership and growth are limitless.

CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Min. 3 years of account management experience in a fast-paced sales environment in CPG, personal care preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in Canada, across Grocery, Club, DIY + Specialty Channels considered an asset
  • A natural problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in learning by helping
  • Incredibly bright, high-drive individual, with a passion to learn, contribute and take initiative
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and ability to excel in remote sales environment with limited oversight
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight timeframes and deadlines
  • Ability to assess data, integrate into selling stories and leverage it to grow our business
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent positive business results
  • Strong technical skills: We use the Google suite complimenting Microsoft
    LOCATION: Remote, Canada
    HOURS: Full Time, Exempt, Salaried
