Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager specializing in Car Care Products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a proven track record of driving sales within the automotive industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of car care products, including cleaners, polishes, waxes, and detailing accessories.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for car care products.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and key accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners to ensure effective distribution and promotion of our products.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and business development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and promote our brand.
