As a Sales Manager at Prosegur Change, you will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies, motivating teams, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running the day-to-day management of a cluster of branches.
  • Optimizing, sustaining, and enhancing sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Creating and maintaining a sales-focused environment encouraging staff to work towards branch, company, and individual targets.
  • Reviewing and recommending procedural updates to highlight areas for improvement in staff performance and operational security.
  • Plan, forecast, and report on business performance.
  • Adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Providing exemplary levels of service in all areas.
  • Always maintaining a courteous and professional approach to customers and colleagues.
  • Promoting a positive work environment by maintaining a respectful workplace.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Duty Manager in the financial services industry, preferably in foreign exchange or retail, with at least 1 years’ experience as a Duty Manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the financial services sector.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week 5 out of 7 days, flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Eligibility:

  • Must be eligible to work full-time in Singapore.
