Are you a dynamic Sales Manager ready to elevate your career in the luxury real estate market?
I am recruiting a Sales Manager for a well established agent in North Leeds.
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in delivering sales targets and a positive experience to customers that will encourage repeat custom and loyalty to the brand / business. It is a diverse role that includes leading and developing a team to achieve business objectives and work with a wide range of people, requiring excellent communication skills. You will demonstrate your knowledge and experience daily by carrying out your responsibilities for providing the support needed to secure successful property sales and to cross sell our additional services to support our aim of ‘Helping People Move’.
You will champion the way for personal development, training, and continuous improvement, encouraging their team to develop their own skills and abilities to enhance business performance and productivity. You will work closely with your manager and colleagues to explore solutions to problems, taking responsibility for the quality, accuracy and planning of your own work and that of your team.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of estate agency experience which should include sales progression experience
• Proven track record in valuing houses and properties.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for delivering unparalleled service in the luxury real estate sector.
• Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team towards success.
