If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Georgia Pacific Corrugated Packaging as a Field Sales Manager in the Northeast market!
As a Sales Manager (supporting our Bradford, PA box plant), you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of sales professionals and technical and/or service reps to achieve and exceed sales targets and resolve commercial issues. You will demonstrate and lead your team to build strong customer relationships and drive continuous improvement and innovation in our market. You will report to the Area General Manager and work closely with the other Field Sales Manager supporting Mt. Wolf, PA, our operations, and other commercial business capabilities to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Candidate Location: We are seeking a candidate in a reasonable proximity to our Bradford, PA facility. The Field Sales Manager will be home based but will travel frequently (50-60% of the time) within the Northeast market (PA, NY, OH) as well as visit our box plant, customers, and prospects frequently.

WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, or a minimum of 3 years in corrugated or packaging related sales with a demonstrably successful sales record.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
