COURTENAY NISSAN IS LOOKING FOR A SALES MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN OUR BUSY DEALERSHIP. AS PART OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL LEARN, GROW AND THRIVE AS WE SUPPORT YOUR CAREER DEVELOPMENT.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Implement, follow and reinforce the sales process
• Provide continuous training to all team members
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Monitor all dealership sales traffic and results
• Track key performance metrics for the sales department
• Work constructively with all dealership departments
• Promote and support our financial services team

Requirements:

• Proven ability to build and grow a team
• Previous automotive sales/management experience
• Have, or can obtain, a VSA license

Wage:

• Commission, and based on experience and performance; this can range from $72,000-$156,000

The hours are full time.

EDUCATION:

• Secondary School (preferred)
