REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for playing a pivotal role in establishing a new business division.
  • Has an in-depth understanding of intralogistics and IT processes.
  • Internal warehousing experience.
  • Has a track record of successfully completing projects in their portfolio.
  • Experience in sales or desire to start a career in sales.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and meeting all customer requirements.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and takes proactive initiative.
  • Willingness to engage in international travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you have experience in Intralogistics? Are you passionate about automation? Are you an experienced Sales Manager or have a desire to transition your career to Sales?
Our client is looking for a driven professional who has a holistic overview of warehouse automation solutions to support with the continued growth across Australia and New Zealand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate and cultivate new relationships with key decision-makers to expand the customer base.
  • Lead the sales process for total intralogistics solutions, from initial acquisition to contract finalization.
  • Engage in client meetings to understand their logistics and IT requirements.
  • Evaluate both potential and existing customer operations to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Provide consultative guidance to customers and propose tailored solutions that address their needs.
  • Negotiate and successfully close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess market potential.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to stand out in the market.
