Position

YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our Sales Team, focusing on expanding our footprint in Czechia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships while also identifying and acquiring new clients within the region.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Client Management & Development :
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Expand client base through upselling and cross-selling
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
  • New Business Development:
  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients
  • Attend industry events and business trips, network with potential clients and partners,and promote the company‘s products
  • Market Analysis & Strategy:
  • Monitor maket trends and competitors within the region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Czech market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings for the regional market
  • Sales Targets & Reporting:
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
  • Provide insights and recommendations for sales and marketing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis
