In Münnerstadt we produce high-quality vials and syringes made of glass for thepharmaceutical industry, in two production plants with about 530 employees. Therebywe can look back on a long history of our company and on the same time weemphasise on modern technologies.
As soon as possible we are looking for a Sales Manager DACH m/f/d
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- He/she manages existing accounts within the assigned region as well as leads business development initiatives in order to drive sales growth and diversification
- Develops an in-depth knowledge of the assigned accounts and prospects within his/her area of responsibility and builds network with key decision makers to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Leads negotiations and ensures compliance with contractual commitments
- In cooperation with the Regional Sales Director, he/she develops a yearly budget for the assigned region in line with the divisional growth objectives
- Provides monthly rolling sales forecasts and highlights opportunities and threats as well as identifies and executes the necessary corrective actions in case of deviations
- Flawless cooperation and communication with other departments; Marketing, Operations, Technical and Scientific Support, Customer Service and QA/QC
- Contributes to market intelligence initiatives
- Performs all tasks in accordance with ISO quality requirements while taking Nipro values into account
- Attends industry conferences, exhibitions and other related events

Responsibilities:
In cooperation and under the guidance and directions of the Regional Sales Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for the achievement of the agreed commercial targets and defined goals within his/her assigned geographical region – DACH.
The position is Home Office based with a strong connection with the production plants.
