Description:

  • This is a hybrid position from Berlin and fluency (C2) in German is a must to be a successful applicant.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, coach and lead a sales team of 2-5 Account Executives. (Currently 2, and expected to grow to 5 reports by the end of the year.)
  • Identify opportunities across different market segments and craft the sales strategy according to the company’s revenue goals.
  • Monitor sales KPIs (team & individual performance, revenue and efficiency metrics) and use them for data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Support teams to action product & process enhancements based on customer’s feedback and company’s goals
