Our Business:
As a female-founded company, we specialise in producing high-quality natural skincare and bath products. We’re expanding our reach and seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen our market presence.
Position Overview:
Join us in shaping the future of Ena Products. As Sales Manager, you’ll develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Our business is based in West Heidelberg but you will be travelling locally and regionally to connect with and nurture our existing stockists and securing new relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through new business development and account expansion.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and synergy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in consumer products (B2B and B2C).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation.
  • Valid driver’s licence for local and regional stockist visits.

The Offer:

  • Initial 3-month, part-time contract with potential for permanent role.
  • Equipment provided: Apple laptop and mobile phone.
  • Remuneration: Base salary (circa $80k pro-rata) plus commission and travel expenses. Negotiable based on experience.
