Description:

At Enersense, we are highly engaged in making a zero-emissions society a reality with a mission to be centrally involved in implementing the energy transition through profitable business. To accelerate this transition in the sustainable mobility arena, we are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic EV Charging business sales team and growth journey.
As Sales Manager you have an opportunity to directly impact and support the ambitious growth of Enersense’s EV Charging business.

In your role you will:

  • Focus on new customer and partner acquisition activities (from lead identification and generation to closing of sales cases) with main focus on selected markets and customer segments outside Finland
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and partners, and nurture selected existing customer and partner accounts
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows and events to promote Enersense and our EV Charging offering
  • Be an active member of the sales team and also work closely with the wider EV Charging team as necessary to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth deliveries
  • Actively utilise relevant sales tools and systems and regularly report on your progress

Keys to success

  • Relevant degree in business, marketing, engineering or other relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of international sales and business development experience from within the EV charging industry (e.g. CPOs, top-tier EV charger manufacturers or major software/ platform providers)
  • Proven track record of successfully initiating, leading and closing new sales cases as well as meeting or exceeding set targets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers, partners and industry influencers
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend conferences and visit project sites
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a must. Additional languages are considered an advantage
