Description:

1. SALES LEADERSHIP AND DIRECTION:

  • Grow and develop a team of 8 qualified inside sales professionals, ensuring high potential is realized.
  • Provide guidance and support in selling to high-value opportunities, including participating and leading in customer meetings/demos.
  • Analyze the sales pipeline to forecast revenue weekly and develop strategies to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Implement anti-competitive strategies and minimize threats by researching competitors and training team members accordingly.
  • Ensure all Inside Sales Reps meet monthly KPIs and have sufficient leads and opportunities to achieve quota.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to maintain a high conversion rate across the team.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and industry to effectively support sales efforts.
  • Facilitate the transition of opportunities to the Corporate Team when appropriate.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience with high-earning sales consultants.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and a history of maximizing sales team performance.
  • Demonstrated success in running sales teams and achieving consistent results.
  • Experience in B2B solution sales preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to leverage data for performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving market environment.
