Aufgaben

  • Serve as the primary contact for existing customers in Europe, fostering strong relationships
  • Proactively acquire new customers across the European market, expanding our client base
  • Conduct business trips throughout Europe to visit customers and attend exhibitions
  • Write detailed reports on business trips and provide monthly sales updates
  • Develop and create comprehensive business plans and sales forecasts
  • Manage and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Prepare and issue quotations, purchase orders (to Japan), order confirmations and invoices for customers
  • Perform in-depth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team at headquarters in Japan to align strategies

Qualifikation

  • Proficiency in English, German and Japanese languages
  • Degree in economics, engineering, or language studies (e.g., Japanese Studies)
  • Strong interest in sales and good communication skills
  • High motivation and initiative, with the ability to work independently and drive results
  • A valid driver’s license
