REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of relevant sales or account management experience;
- Experience working with engineering products, including fire suppression systems and products;
- In-depth knowledge of competition and ability to apply competing successful strategies;
- Proactive, excellent team player and customer focused;
- Excellent time management and ability to work well in a team;
- Able to deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs;
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task;
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager to oversee and lead a sales team, spearheading sales drives.
- Drive team performance and revenue growth through the creation and implementation of sales strategies and plans aligned with company goals;
- Foster team achievement and motivation, guiding towards surpassing sales objectives with direct mentorship and skill development;
- Spearhead business growth through the identification and cultivation of new prospects, coupled with the reinforcement of enduring customer alliances;
- Lead client engagement efforts, including presentations and demonstrations;
- Take charge of full sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, emphasizing procedural efficiency and client customization;
- Coordinate with technical staff to ensure client proposals are precisely tailored to specific requirements;
- Analyse market dynamics and competitive landscape to uncover growth avenues and refine sales tactics;
- Guide the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies targeted at identified opportunities;
- Conduct and lead discussions on contractual terms with clients, aiming for alignment with organizational standards and cooperation with legal and financial frameworks.
