Gatekeeper is a SaaS-based, next-generation Vendor & Contract Lifecycle Management (VCLM) & Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Solution. We help our customers to restore visibility of their vendor contracts, take control of their vendor and contract processes and safeguard compliance of their third parties.
Gatekeeper has consistently achieved significant, profitable growth YoY with long-term customers including Ford, Accor, Roche, The Telegraph, Autotrader, Tesco and Pokemon.
Due to our strong global growth and recent private equity investment from Vista Equity Partners, we are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager (EMEA) to lead a high performing and growing team of Account Executives.
As Sales Manager (EMEA) you will report to the Head of Revenue and play a key role in defining Gatekeeper’s growth, continuously seeking new strategic opportunities and ways to optimise our Sales process. You will use your expertise and natural leadership abilities to coach, mentor and scale the team, driving revenue expansion across the EMEA region.

In this role you will:

  • Line manage an established team of talented account executives and play an active role in hiring new A-players
  • Lead and support your team to ensure they go from strength to strength, consistently exceeding quarterly sales targets
  • Track the team’s performance against KPIs and identify opportunities to provide mentoring & coaching that drives excellence
  • Manage the onboarding of new team members and optimise their ramp up time
  • Work closely with the Head of Revenue to define and align sales strategy
  • Become an expert on Gatekeeper’s value proposition and increasingly complex sales cycle
  • Identify areas of best practice and how they can be implemented into our sales cycle
  • Stay on top of emerging trends and market shifts, across our competitor landscape

REQUIREMENTS

You must have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as quota carrying rep, followed by at least 2 years of team leadership experience, ideally in a similar environment, with an ACV of > £20K
  • A track record in exceeding your quota on a regular basis and developing those around you to support them hitting their quota
  • A ‘Sales Playbook’ mindset to ensure consistent, predictable improvement through open sharing and teamwork
  • A collaborative spirit, with a desire to help, improve and inspire others around you
  • A data-driven mindset: you eat, breathe and sleep core sales metrics
  • A focus on Buyer Personas and Verticals to uncover rich veins of new business
  • An encyclopaedic knowledge of SaaS sales blogs and best-practice
  • The ability to manage multiple work streams without dropping the ball
  • A sense of humour and lust for life
