LEAD, COACH AND ACHIEVE
Hanson Australia is looking for a Sales Manager to drive our Western Australian sales team’s focus through leadership of our local strategy and optimising the sales process. You will be responsible for coaching and leading the development of the sales team to achieve their goals and achieve or exceed set targets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of the regional sales strategy under the leadership of the Regional Sales Managertake ownership of the orderbook, pipeline and forecasting
- Develop and leverage existing customer relationships as well as achieving new business goals
- Inspire, motivate, coach and develop the individual capabilities of the sales team
- Be accountable and own the leadership of the team by building a high-performance sales culture
