Responsibilities:

  • Lead/Support, Budgeting, forecasting and reporting requirements
  • Coach and guide sales consultants to ensure performance of KPI’s and sales activities are completed.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer matters and resolve.
  • Manage end-to-end deliveries to ensure vehicles go out as scheduled and customers are kept informed.
