ABOUT THE SALES MANAGER POSITION
The Sales Manager is in charge of prospecting professional clients and driving sales growth. The chosen candidate will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the company (biomedical, software, hardware, design). SALES MANAGER REQUIREMENTS ARE:
- Over 2-3 years experience in Sales or Business Development
- Flawless English and French verbal and written communication skills
- Engineering, Business or Life Sciences university degree a plus
- Experience with a CRM a plus.
- Experience in healthcare, biopharmaceutical, defense, and academic customers a plus.
- Rigorous work ethics & customer focus.
- A valid passport and the ability to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends
- Drive the B2B sales pipeline to bring revenues and growth from inbound and outbound deals.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with the Hexoskin clients, partners, and the developer’s community.
- Educate professional clients about the best Hexoskin products, software solutions, and services to reach their goals.
- Oversee the customers’ orders and shipping.
- Accountable for reports & tracking sales performance and revenues.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on sales campaigns & objectives.
- Report Customers’ feedback.
- Attend relevant conferences and trade shows (mostly Canada/US).
