Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager HORECA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the HORECA industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HORECA industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the HORECA sector
- Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality, food service, and catering industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and training to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients and handle any customer complaints or issues
