Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Your territory will be Austria
  • Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and ensure customer success.
  • Being the central point of contact for customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Developing a plan and a strategy to ensure the development of our visual sales in the assigned territory.
  • Defining and executing the regional visual strategy in collaboration with the Regional Sales Leader
  • Defining actions and initiatives to drive quarterly results.
  • Building a visible opportunity funnel across the assigned territory – using Waygate tools provided
  • Gathering and reporting Voice of Customers.
  • Building and managing the business with a compliance culture with constant health, environment, and safety engagement

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience in Commercial Sales with focus on negotiating and closing large and complex contractual agreements.
  • Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems.
  • Have the ability to be a technical consultant to our customers and build successful and strategic relationships.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to articulate technical information in a clear and easy to understand manner.
  • Be able to communicate fluently in written and oral German and English.
  • Be a strong team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever changing, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrate passion for building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders from all levels of the organization.
  • Travelling at least 50% of your time all around Austria
