Description:

Solid Supply is looking for a Sales Manager in Berlin to strengthen its position in Germany. Established in 2009, Solid Supply is the largest custom furniture solutions provider in Northeastern Europe with successful projects across Europe and North America in the fields of hospitality and retail. Our portfolio contains such brands as Radisson, Ascot, Scandic, 25hours, Estee Lauder and many more. With our expertise in project management and engineering, we aim to become #1 custom furniture provider and the partner of choice for real estate developers, brands, architects, general contractors and operators.
Tasks
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for promoting our solutions in Germany and coordinating sales inquiries until deal closure. The process in a nutshell:
Compiling and upkeeping the list of potential clients that include real estate developers, owners, brands, operators, general contractors, architects, FF&E suppliers
Reaching out and building relationships with potential clients and partners. Establishing and maintaining a network.
Representing Solid Supply in Germany in meetings, presenting our solutions to interested parties
Handing over inquiries to project managers and staying as liaison between them and the client.
Continuous feedback to headquarters with improvement suggestions
Requirements
Fluency in German and English
Previous experience in a sales position in the industry is a plus but not mandatory
Existing network in the real estate and/or interior design market a big plus
Ability to work independently and self-starter mentality
Entrepreneurial mindset
Passion for interior design
