Role Overview: Our client, our client, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive the sales of their online products within the vibrant market of Ireland. As the Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our client’s presence, establishing key partnerships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the online gaming or related industries. Prior experience in the Irish market is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the online gaming landscape, including knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English. Additional language skills may be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to drive the adoption and usage of our client’s online products within the Irish market. Identify target segments, establish sales objectives, and develop actionable plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Building Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including online operators, gaming platforms, and other relevant partners within the Irish gaming industry. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, negotiations, and partnership opportunities.
  • Generating Sales Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted lead generation activities, networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant channels. Leverage market insights and industry trends to identify potential clients and expand our client’s customer base.
  • Driving Sales Cycles: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact and product demonstrations to contract negotiations and closing deals. Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and synergy across all aspects of the sales process. Provide valuable feedback and insights to inform product enhancements, marketing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments within the Irish gaming industry. Conduct thorough market analysis and gather actionable insights to inform sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement robust systems for tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, pipeline growth, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction levels. Generate regular reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing sales effectiveness.
