Description:

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, or related discipline
5 years of relevant scanner or PDA product application
Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills
Hard working with passion, able to work under pressure and good in communication and team spirit.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment and work independently

A global food-nutrition manufacturer is looking for Sales Manager. The candidate is responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, forecasting sales, and collaborating with other departments to optimize business performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing sales strategies: Creating plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Setting sales goals: Establishing targets for individuals and the team, monitoring progress, and providing feedback
Building client relationships: Cultivating relationships with existing and potential clients to generate new business and maintain customer satisfaction
