Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing a successful sales team. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
